Information on the processing of personal data under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for Germany and Austria as well as under the revised Swiss Data Protection Act (revFADP).
⚠️ Note: This policy describes the technologies actually used on this website and is provided to the best of our knowledge. It does not constitute legal advice.

The controller responsible for data processing on this website is:
TD Global Sàrl – Der Sichtbarkeitsdoktor
c/o FGRD, Boulevard Georges-Favon 3, 1204 Geneva, Switzerland
Managing Director: Daniel Schwenger · UID: CHE-425.132.973

2. Principles & applicable law
We process personal data only to the extent necessary and on the basis of the GDPR (for data subjects in the EU/EEA) and the revised Swiss Data Protection Act (revFADP). Personal data is any information relating to an identified or identifiable person.
3. Accessing the website & server log files
When you access this website, the hosting provider automatically records information transmitted by your browser (server log files): browser type and version, operating system used, referrer URL, date and time of access and the (possibly shortened) IP address.
The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR; our legitimate interest lies in the technically error-free and secure operation of the website.
Hosting: This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, owner René Münnich, Bautzener Str. 56, 02742 Neusalza-Spremberg, Germany (phone: +49 35872 35310). A data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR) is in place with the provider. Data is processed on servers in Germany.
4. Waitlist & contact by email
The “Waitlist” form and the “Reserve your spot” and “Email Daniel” buttons open your local email program with a pre-filled message (mailto function). No transmission to a server of this website takes place – the data is only sent once you send the email yourself.
If you send the email, we process the information it contains (e.g. name, email address, preferred city, number of people, your message) in order to respond to your enquiry and inform you about suitable dates.
The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (initiation/performance) or (f) (responding to your enquiry). The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for the purpose and no statutory retention obligations apply.
Local storage (localStorage): To improve usability, your browser stores your waitlist entries exclusively locally on your device. This data does not leave your device and can be deleted by you at any time via your browser settings.
5. Fonts (self-hosted)
This website uses the fonts “Archivo” and “Source Sans 3”. These are self-hosted on our server and loaded exclusively from there. No connection to Google servers is established; in particular, your IP address is not transmitted to Google for this purpose.
6. Third-party images
All images on this website – including the portraits in the “Voices” section – are self-hosted on our server and loaded exclusively from there. No images are loaded from third-party servers; accordingly, your IP address is not transmitted to third parties for this purpose.
7. Cookies
This website uses no tracking or marketing cookies of its own and no web analytics tool. Only technically necessary functions and the local storage described in section 4 are used. Should analytics/marketing services be used in the future, a consent banner will be required.
8. Your rights
Subject to the statutory requirements, you have the right to:
- access to the data stored about you (Art. 15 GDPR / Art. 25 revFADP),
- rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR),
- erasure (Art. 17 GDPR) and restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR),
- data portability (Art. 20 GDPR),
- object to processing (Art. 21 GDPR) and to withdraw consent with effect for the future.
To exercise these rights, simply send an email to support@td-global.ch.
9. Right to lodge a complaint
Without prejudice to any other remedy, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority:
Germany: the state data protection authority responsible for your federal state · Austria: Data Protection Authority (dsb.gv.at) · Switzerland: Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (edoeb.admin.ch).
10. Data security & updates
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data; transmission is encrypted (TLS/SSL). However, complete security of data transmission over the internet cannot be guaranteed.
We reserve the right to amend this privacy policy so that it always complies with current legal requirements. The version published on this page applies.
